The Finance Strategy & Transformation Principal leads strategic planning and business management for the Finance leadership team, providing direct support to the CFO and Finance Transformation initiatives while reporting to the Vice President of Finance Transformation. This leader acts as the Chief of Staff to the CFO to translate enterprise and Finance priorities into clear strategies, operating rhythms, executive forums, and execution plans that enable the Finance leadership team to achieve business and financial results efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong business and financial acumen, executive-level communication, and an in-depth understanding of how organizational capabilities interrelate across the Finance function and broader enterprise.
