Finance Specialist, Intercompany

We are looking for a Finance Specialist for a permanent position to manage intercompany processes within Sanoma Learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany invoicing processes, ensuring correctness and completeness.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations, investigating and resolving differences in close collaboration with counterparties.
• Support the month‑end closing process, ensuring intercompany balances are properly recorded and aligned.
• Ensure that intercompany transactions are correctly reflected in reporting systems (HFM).
• Perform key controls related to intercompany transactions.
• Manage intercompany master data (customer and vendor data, trading partners) and monitor data quality.
• Create and validate intercompany invoices, including manual postings and corrections, and monitor billing flows to accounting.
