Finance Specialist - Flex Financial (Remote)

Join Stryker’s Flex Financial team as a Finance Specialist, serving as the primary contact for equipment financing opportunities. In this role, you will support a Regional Finance Manager, manage financing transactions from proposal through contract completion, and collaborate with sales teams across multiple business units. This position combines financial analysis, transaction management, and cross-functional partnership to support regional business objectives.

What You Will Do

+ Develop pricing and financing structures for complex customer proposals across more than 15 financing program offerings.
+ Manage financing opportunities and progress deals from origination through completion.
+ Create and deliver approximately 130 customer financing proposals per month using Salesforce and internal systems.
