Job Description

The key responsibilities will include:

• Provide subject matter expertise for Finance systems (ERP, SAP, PeopleSoft, Hyperion Suite, Essbase) in support of Finance users and processes (“record to report” and “plan to project”).
• Provide subject matter expertise for Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Understand business impact and escalates unresolved incidents to second level support, IT or management in a timely fashion.
• Participate in assignments or projects of a routine or non-routine nature.
