Key Responsibilities - Lead governance across multiple migration programs, ensuring successful delivery, quality, and performance targets - Manage and scale a global team of 50+ engineers, architects, and migration specialists - Build and optimize delivery methodologies for assessments, migrations, and post-migration services - Drive executive customer engagement through steering committees, reviews, and strategic briefings - Collaborate with Microsoft field teams on co-sell opportunities, pipeline reviews, and partner initiatives - Own financial management, including revenue forecasting, utilization, and investment planning - Develop certification programs, training initiatives, and knowledge management systems - Track and report business performance metrics including ACR, customer satisfaction, and pipeline generation - Lead go-to-market activities, field enablement, branding, and marketing efforts Required Qualifications - 15–18 years of experience in technology consulting or profes...
