Finance & PPP Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong expertise in financial modelling and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) structuring , particularly across urban and infrastructure projects . The role involves supporting government and public sector clients in developing viable project structures and financial strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage financial models for infrastructure and urban sector projects
• Assess and recommend appropriate PPP models and structuring options
• Support project structuring, feasibility analysis, and financial viability assessments
• Work with Central Government, State Government, ULBs, and PSUs on PPP initiatives
• Prepare detailed project reports, financial analyses, and investment frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure bankability and sustainability of projects
