Finance Planning and Analysis Officer at Degas

Degas Ghana Limited is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Planning and Analysis Officer to join our finance team at Degas. Reporting to the Finance Strategy and Planning Manager, your primary focus will be on financial analysis, operational performance evaluation, and budgeting assistance. This recruitment aims to establish two distinct duos within the finance team—one dedicated to Administration and Accounting, and the other to Budgeting, Strategy, and Analysis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Assist in the preparation and tracking of KPIs to monitor business performance and provide timely reporting to management.

● Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight deviations from budgets and forecasts, providing insights into the underlying reasons.
