About the role

As a Finance Operations Intern at Flanks, you'll sit within the Product Team and work directly with the Finance Operations team to clear a backlog of support tickets that require financial expertise. Your work has a direct and immediate impact: developers and support teams are blocked until these tickets get answered, and you're the one unblocking them. This is a hands‑on, ownership‑driven internship — not a shadowing role.

What you'll do

• Own the resolution of support tickets requiring financial input — handling them end‑to‑end, from analysis to documented answer, with increasing autonomy over time.
• Review and validate financial data from different custodians, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform.
• Document findings, decisions, and answers in a structured way so other teams can reference and reuse them without having to ask twice.
