Job Summary

You will be the financial and operational backbone of SKOOL21, managing accounts, inventory, order fulfilment, compliance, and external service provider relationships across Singapore and the US, ensuring smooth and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Xero accounting system for the Singapore entity, including invoicing, payments, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Coordinate with Doola to maintain and update QuickBooks for the US entity, ensuring accurate bookkeeping
