Finance & Operations Analyst

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a Colombia-based finance lead responsible for administration and accounting of the Colombia subsidiary, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations related to taxes, labor, and reporting.

You will coordinate with HR, Corporate Finance, Tax and Legal teams, and auditors, maintaining monthly statements, cash flow forecasts, and payroll processes, while managing travel expenses and records.
