Finance Officer

ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Finance Officer with proven expertise in managing supplier payments and maintaining compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, supporting smooth cash flow operations, and fostering strong vendor relationships.

• Accurate and timely recording of AP invoices via Coupa and SAP
• Perform monthly supplier statement of accounts reconciliation
• Ensure timely closing of Accounts Payable
• Handle queries and advise on Coupa PO/GRN/Invoices/Invoice Forms/Approval Chain
• Upload weekly and monthly exchange rate to SAP
• GRN exchange rate posting and confirm rounding differences for clearing in SAP
• Check / Approve supplier onboarding form and banking form (including queries) in Coupa
