Our client, based in Wantage, is excited to announce that they are looking for a new Finance Manager. Experienced finance professional leading financial reporting, compliance, process improvement, and team performance within a multinational environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop the financial reporting team. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities. Ensure accurate financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and strong financial controls. Drive process improvements, automation, and finance transformation initiatives. Support the optimisation of finance systems and reporting tools, including SAP and OneStream. Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
