Salary: R60,000 - R70,000 per month

Job Description:
Our client seeks a smart, motivated, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to develop and maintain efficient financial processes. This role is integral to ensuring financial integrity and operational excellence. Working closely with the Finance Director and outsourced bookkeepers, the Finance Manager will gain exposure to all aspects of the finance function. This is a broad, hands-on role with a clear pathway to the Financial Controller level.

Responsibilities:

Oversee Financial Processes: Manage outsourced bookkeeping support, ensuring accurate and timely transaction recording and accounts payable processing. Monthly Close & Reconciliation: Lead the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions and account reconciliations.
