Finance Manager

Robert Half are recruiting a Finance Manager with a manufacturing SME based in Swindon on a full time permanent basis. The role will involve managing a team of 2 and will have responsibility for the UK accounts, reporting into the MD.

Responsibilities:

• Line management of 2 clerks.
• Processing payroll to include starters and leavers.
• Basic HR duties to include sending contracts.
• Monthly management accounting for 2 UK subsidiaries.
• Consolidation of the UK accounts.
• Cash flow forecasting
• Working closely with the Managing Director to report on the accounts and any anomalies.

The ideal profile

• Extensive experience of working in an SME.
• Team player, hands on.
• Extensive experience of preparing management accounts.
