Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager

**Job Summary**

Seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis for Abbott Nutrition Taiwan.

This role partners closely with commercial and functional leaders to drive business decisions, ensure financial control, and deliver insights that support growth and profitability. The position also provides leadership to team and serves as a key business partner to Finance Director.

**Main Responsibilities**

+ Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes (Plan/RLBE), including P&L, balance sheet, and capital planning.
+ Partner with Commercial and cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budget management, and business case support.
+ Monitor business performance, profitability, and margins, driving actions to achieve financial commitments.
