Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager you will be part of a dedicated team based in Mississauga, Ontario and reporting to the Senior Finance Manager. You will provide analytical support to annual strategic plans, promotions, and product launches for all categories. You will liaison with all teams to ensure alignment and consistency, and perform ongoing analysis of results versus operating plan and forecasts.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis, providing insights into key performance metrics, variances, and trends.
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, inclusive of Sales, Margin and OPEX.
