Finance Manager

Overview

Manage finance and accounting department, work closely with the CFO.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS along with supporting statistical schedules.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of various financial reports for internal stakeholders.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
• Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and ensure that the team adheres to company policies and accounting principles.
• Manage workload distribution and provide support to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
