Job responsibilities:
- Handle the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions of the property
- Provide accurate and reliable information to assist management and operations in evaluating the results of financial operations
- Monitor the billing and collection
- Prepare and comply with the regulatory requirements with BIR, External Auditor and SEC
- Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and disposes / resolves the reconciling items
- Reviews and analyses yearend forecast and annual budget per property
- Attends to additional concerns/requested financial reports by the BOT/Finance Committee
Job qualifications
- :Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountan
- tAt least two (2) years of relevant experience in accounting/finance
- .Preferably with experience in financial reporting and general accountin
