Finance Manager

Overview

Kardex specializes in innovative automated storage and retrieval solutions. We are seeking a motivated self‑starter for the Finance Manager (Contract) position, based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. This is a 1‑year contract that may convert into a permanent role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, growing environment and contribute to the expansion of our operations in the APAC region.

As Finance Manager, you will oversee the finance function of Kardex Australia, including budgeting, financial and management reporting, and a range of finance‑related initiatives and projects. You will manage day‑to‑day accounting (AP, AR, GL, month‑end closing), tax, internal controls, cash flow, and business partnering, while collaborating closely with New Business and Life Cycle Service teams.
