Finance Manager

Job Description:
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full financial management function, ensuring accurate reporting while providing strategic insights to stakeholders. You will lead management reporting across the entity, including monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and group reporting submissions.
The role requires strong business partnering with actuarial and finance teams, supporting cost allocation processes, budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial performance across the business. You will be responsible for VAT submissions, tax calculations, and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining robust financial controls, overseeing reconciliations, managing intercompany balances, reviewing team output, and supporting internal and external audits.
