Finance Manager

RG Consultancy are proud to be working with a successful and growing Legal firm based in Halewood to help recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a part/qualified CIMA/ACCA professional to manage a small team and take control of the finance function within a growing SME.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day finance function.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, board reports, and financial analysis.
• Produce annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
• Ensure VAT returns and all statutory reporting are completed accurately and on time.
• Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with external accountants and auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to support business performance.
• Develop and improve financial controls, systems, and processes.
