Hays Accountancy & Finance are working with our client, a well-established organisation in Belfast, to recruit a Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis.This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to take on a senior finance leadership role within aplex and rewarding environment. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial management, supporting strategic decision-making, strengthening financial controls, and driving process improvements across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead operational finance activities while contributing to budgeting, forecasting, reporting,ernance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
