s Develop and implement SOPs for all factory operation s Monitor inventory movement from fabric to finished goods, including physical GRN and ERP entrie s Oversee inter-warehouse (WH) movement s Ensure accurate reporting of business requirements and fulfilment to minimize revenue los s Analyse and monitor vendor and production team performanc e Ensure compliance with statutory requirements for factory operation s Track inventory movement of fabric and accessorie s Optimize costs across all production stages and review factory performance metric s Maintain commercial control over factory-related purchases and minimize leakage s Ensure accuracy in cost of goods sold (C...
