Finance Manager, EU Expansion Finance

Description
This is a unique and highly strategic role in the EU Expansion Finance team, where you will be acting as a Finance leader (country CFO) for the Poland (PL) Store business (one of the fastest growing in Europe), working in close partnership with the PL Country Manager. You will oversee and have the ability to influence the entire Stores business across all channels (retail, 3P), operations and supply chain, managing the end-to-end Poland Store P&L. You will be responsible for all finance related topics with special focus on investment decision support, business performance management striving to grow the business while improving its profitability. As part of the role you will also own one or more functional areas (such as Selection, Marketing or other) across the broader EU Expansion space covering 5 Stores and supporting multiple country Directors + stakeholders.
