Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Take an active hands-on role in daily financial operations including reviewing transaction reports and processes directly not solely through team delegation
• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations
• Ensure adherence to corporate financial policies and procedures
• Proactively identify financial issues and provide written recommendations to local and regional stakeholders
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly financial reports to local and regional management
• Analyze financial results in coordination with the Managing Director and report key findings and variances to the Group Finance team
• Monitor and manage cash flow ensuring operational efficiency
