Finance Manager

• Base Salary: AED 240,000 to 300,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Bonus: 10 to 15% annual performance bonus linked to EBITDA and working capital metrics (Days Sales Outstanding)
• Housing Allowance: AED 15,000 per annum
• Leave: 30 days paid annual leave plus UAE public holidays
• Insurance: Medical insurance covering employee, spouse, and two children
• Gratuity: End of service gratuity per UAE Labour Law
• Travel: Annual flight allowance of AED 8,000 for home country travel
• Professional Development: AED 5,000 per year for CA/ACCA CPD courses
