Finance Manager

Head4tTalent are currently working exclusively with a leading a fast-growing business based in the centre of Cardiff. Due to recent expansion due to acquisitions, they are seeking to recruit a Finance Manager to focus on AP, AR, Payroll, Cashbook and Fixed Assets and managing a team of three. Duties Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of 3, including AP&AR Assistant, Payroll Manager and Cashbook Clerk. Embedding Processes : Establish and embed robust financial processes and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting. External Stakeholder Management: Build and develop relationships with key suppliers, customers and service providers.
