The Organisation
Our client is a well-regarded Property and Funds Management organisation. Currently experiencing growth and with strong aspirations, they are looking to strengthen their Finance function with the addition of a Finance Manager.

The role
Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will be responsible for overseeing Funds & Operations, including day-to-day finance function across fund accounting, financial control, compliance, and shared services.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and coordinate the finance team, setting clear priorities, ownership, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial reporting across entities.
