As Finance Manager you will report to the Head of Finance and lead a finance team to drive a high‑performing, collaborative culture, managing the finance function across both New Zealand and Australia.

• Own month‑end and core financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Improve finance processes, systems, controls and compliance to set a clear view of what “good” looks like
• Take the lead in coordinating with external auditors
• Partner closely with the wider finance leadership team and senior stakeholders
• Help uplift the finance function so it keeps pace with business growth
