Work you will doFull FP&A function: budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis across all business lines and subsidiariesLOB-level P&Ls and KPI dashboards — built from scratch, maintained on a regular cadencePricing and margin management: design a margin waterfall framework, review $1M+ (CAD) SOWs, and identify where margin is being left on the tableBudget governance: own the annual budget cycle, monthly reforecast, and spending control frameworkTransaction readiness: build the full financial package for an equity raise or LOB sale — 3–5 year model, normalized EBITDA, scenario analysis, investor-ready outputsOngoing partnership with the Controller on actuals, and with sales and delivery on forward-looking inputsDirect reporting line to the COO on performance, risks, and recommendationsWho we are looking for10–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 focused on FP&AYou have personally built financial models — not supervised the people who built themBackground...
