- Previous F&I experience within the motor industry
- RE5 Certificate
- NCA Accreditation
- COB and CPD compliance
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (AI-related skills advantageous)
