Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager - 1000 Islands RV (Gananoque)

Overview

Our high volume dealership team at 1000 Islands RV in Gananoque Ontario has an open, full-time opportunity for a Finance & F&I Manager. The F&I Manager sells finance and insurance programs, aftermarket products and warranties to buyers of new and used marine and recreational vehicles (RV). They also work with financial lenders to give fair interest rates to buyers and programs. As with all positions within dealerships, F&I managers are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and maintain the profitability of their department while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction. They must stay abreast of federal, provincial, and local regulations that affect their operations and comply with these regulations. They require strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees, and vendors, representing the dealership. This is a full‑time, commission‑based position.
