Key Responsibilities: Manage the full F&I process from finance application to vehicle delivery. Structure and submit finance applications to financial institutions. Present and sell finance, insurance, warranties, maintenance plans, and value-added products. Achieve finance, insurance, and profitability targets. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with FAIS, NCA, and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, finance houses, and insurance providers. Maintain accurate records using the Signio platform. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric). NQF qualification (minimum 120 Credits). FAIS Compliant and Fit & Proper.
