Finance Executive

Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of receivables and maintaining accurate financial records. The position requires proactive approach to monitoring receivables, resolving invoice or payment discrepancies, and optimising AR processes to enhance cashflow and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Management Manage the end-to-end AR process, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate maintenance of customer accounts. Perform Sales and AR reconciliations Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to minimise overdue balances and maintain healthy cash flow. Liaise with clients and internal operators to resolve discrepancies and expedite collections in a professional and efficient manner.
