Finance Executive

We are are seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our Finance team in the donation management & its Accounts Receivable function. This role manages the financial and administrative aspects of donation processing, donation-related financial operations, donor communications, and fundraising event reporting. The Executive ensures accuracy, compliance with Charity governance standards, and timely service delivery. Role & Responsibilities 1. Donation Management and Reporting & Accounts Receivable: Manage Accounts Receivable for donations. Input donations into the Donation Management System and generate official receipts for donors in timely manner while ensuring accuracy recording of donation transactions Perform donation reconciliation between the Donation Management System, bank statements, and General Ledger (GL).
