Responsibilities
- We’re looking for a Finance Executive to be responsible for the day‑to‑day accounting & finance function within the company, reporting to the Team Lead.
- Handle full Accounts Receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, receipt posting, customer statements, and collection follow‑up.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment and minimize overdue balances.
- Reconcile AR balances and investigate discrepancies with internal departments and customers.
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection status to management.
- Process credit notes, refunds, and adjustments accurately and timely.
- Coordinate with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment matters.
- Handle insurance‑related documentation including issuance of cover notes, policy inclusion, deletion, endorsement, and policy amendments.
