Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer payments accurately at the front desk.
- Assist customers with billing queries and ensure quick, clear resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Reconcile customer accounts and outstanding balances on a regular basis.
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments and drive recovery efforts.
- Coordinate with internal finance/accounts teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, collections, and recovery status.
What we’re looking for:
- BS Accounting & Finance/BBA/MBA Finance or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
