Finance Executive

1. Responsible for Accounts Payable transaction processing support (verify invoices and make sure use the proper GL account codes), ensure the daily operation's activities assigned are managed and delivered timely.

2. Responsible for monitoring the Accounts Payable cycle from invoice processing to payment and check reimbursement claims in order to ensure the timelines and quality meet the KPIs and targets.

3. Communicate with suppliers and internal management about the AP process ranging from invoicing to payment, including AP reconciliation.

4. Monitor creditors ageing, and responsible for on-time processing and payment of all payment requests and prepare the payment proposal based on the payment cycle.

5. Review paid and unpaid invoices to clear up payment inquiries and verify voiding to maintain accurate records.

6. Ensure all open/overdue items are being attended to and resolved payment discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
