Finance Director

**JOB SUMMARY**

Responsible for the management of all aspects of the Finance and General Administration function including:

+ Financial planning and forecasting
+ Financial analysis
+ Trade spend management
+ Internal control
+ Risk Management

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Prepare financial reports to local and headquarters management.
+ Support of the commercial business through financial input.
+ Ownership of internal financial submissions through the corporation
+ Manage the budget planning cycle.
+ Provide direction and support to General Administration.
+ Provide adequate financial information to local management.
+ Implement Financial and Policies and Procedures.
+ Advise senior management in areas of profit maximization, resource prioritization, negotiating with distributors and day-to-day operations. Anticipate market activities that can impact business.
