RGP is seeking a Finance Director Consultant with a strong biotechnology or life sciences background to support Clinical Development Finance. This strategic business partner will oversee financial planning for active clinical trials, working closely cross-functional leaders to drive financial performance and support key business decisions
Responsibilities
+ Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and long-range planning for Clinical Development.
+ Manage financial oversight of four clinical trials, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
+ Partner with VPs and department leaders to develop budgets and provide financial guidance.
+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and executive-level financial reports.
+ Develop financial models and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
