Finance Controller/Commercial Finance Manager

Role Objective Strengthen financial discipline and management reporting. Improve cash flow visibility and working capital management. Drive project profitability tracking and variance analysis. Establish cost-control mechanisms across projects and operations. Key Responsibilities Cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning. Receivables, payables and working capital monitoring. Project-wise budget vs. actual analysis. Material, labour, subcontracting and overhead variance analysis. Monthly MIS and management dashboards. Cost-control initiatives and identification of margin leakages. Coordination with projects, procurement, production and commercial teams. Support audits, internal controls and ERP reporting discipline. Requirements Educational Qualification Preferred: CA/ ICWA - Intermediate Strong understanding of costing, project accounting and manufacturing finance.
