Your role

The Finance Clerk is responsible for ensuring the accurate recording, control, and payment of the hotel’s financial obligations, while also overseeing and optimizing operational costs, primarily within the Food & Beverage, Purchasing, and Stores departments.

This position combines financial administration and control with strategic cost analysis, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, safeguarding operating margins, and maintaining accounting transparency.
