Experience - 8 Years

Role requirement -

• Review of selling price and contribution calculation at the time of taking order

• Review of recovery from customer

• Customer assessment for credit limit analysis and control

• Deep dive into operational costs and bring improvement

• Deep dive into administrative costs and bringing improvement

• Vetting of business idea savings

• Vetting of Capex proposal and IRR, actual vs promised KPI

• Work on strengthening internal controls

• Working capital analysis and reduction

The candidate should have an ability to understand manufacturing process, identify gaps and should be able to proactively identify gaps and bring value addition to improving the bottom line of the company. Should be able to understand marketing and sales functionality and work closely with customer orders.
