- Provide administrative support to the department’s operations
- Update records and processing letters
- Update & maintain statutory registers and records
- Prepare financial data for entry into the accounting system
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support of potential target to senior management
- Handle account closing up to the monthly trial balance, income statement and balance sheet
- Preparation / Review of tax computation and Form C
- Assisting the client for GST registration
- Incorporate and register of new companies
- Prepare resolutions in writing and minutes of meetings
- Maintain the registers and corporate secretarial records
- File annual returns and other transactions with ACRA
