Spreetail's Platform Services team bills warehousing, fulfilment, freight, and other operational costs to our customer brands, many of which are based in China. We are looking for a detail-obsessed, bilingual Finance Assistant to own the weekly billing cycle for these accounts; pulling data from multiple systems, building it into clean, accurate spreadsheets, checking it against contract terms, and getting invoices approved and out the door to customers on time, every time.

This is a hands-on, high-volume, high-accuracy role. You will be the last line of defence before an invoice reaches a customer, so a sharp eye for numbers and an instinct for when something “looks off” are essential.
