Finance Assistant

The Finance Assistant will ensure smooth functioning of day to day finance & accounting operations of KOICA MNCH project in compliance with WVI Partnership standard, Donor and Government statutory requirements. This position is to ensure that the grants expenses are recorded and reported with accuracy and correctness, ensuring grant requirements and standards. This position will work under supervision of Senior Finance Officer.

This is a fixed-term post for two years based in Eastern Visayas.

Major Responsibilities

• Ensure good financial services for KOICA project include all payments are made on time as per grant requirement and recorded in Finance system.
• Ensure all project expenses, including expenses of partners, follow World Vision’s policies and KOICA grant guidelines.
