Finance - AP/AR Internship (Start ASAP)

Internship opportunity in Accounts Payable at ib vogt, supporting global PV and battery storage projects with a dynamic international team.

Your role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling routine processing and recording of all Payable transactions.
• Ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices, intercompany loans, and employee reimbursements with complete authorization.
• Accurate and timely recording of transactions with correct journal entries in the ERP system, attaching complete supporting documents.
• Supporting the month-end process by providing documentation for month-end journals.
• Reporting on Aged Payables and other ad hoc reports as needed.

About you

What you'll need:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Minimum internship duration of 4 months.
