Job Description
For future large construction projects at BESIX we are looking for an experienced Finance and Administration Manager. This could be for projects in Europe or other international projects all around the world.
General - Processes
Ensure that all financial and administrative transactions are conducted within the legal and contractual framework, that all internal and external reports are timely and correctly issued, ensure integrity of cash, receivables and payable management; import & export of equipment; taxes; and safeguard stock management; Update the relevant business processes when required; Develop and implement tools and templates for the monitoring and follow-up of the economic, finance and administrative matters; Comply with all local financial & administrative regulations; Follow and implement Group guidelines and policies where and when required.
