Finance and Accounts Manager, Infrastructure (Mumbai, India)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review standalone and consolidated financial statements for head office and project entities (SPVs) in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 , IND AS , and Indian GAAP .

• Ensure timely closure of statutory, tax, and internal audits, and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reporting cycles.

• Prepare and present budget reports , variance analysis , and management dashboards for Board and senior leadership review.

• Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, including FEMA , Income Tax Act , Companies Act , and related statutory frameworks.
