Finance Analyst

**L&OH & Launch:**

+ Manage Labor & Overhead actual tracking, forecast and budget development
+ Monitor and control spending vs. plan and support and review related month-end closing
+ Work with operation to deliver cost roadmap actions and achieve/exceed targeted efficiency
+ Lead weekly cost review with Shop on Plant Cost Performance and project tracking and other Finance TDM (Time Data Management)
+ Maintain key financial dashboard and reporting and review purchase requisition and approval
+ and Other special Assignments

**Capital Spending:**

+ Facilitate Manufacturing operation in securing funding for Non-product program
+ Facilitate Program Operation in monitoring and control Product-program spending from program fund set up until close
+ Validate Purchasing Requisition checklist and approvals all Projects/Programs
